My son loved it a lot and this was my biggest achievement. I have thought to serve it to my friends the next time they visit me during summers without even telling them that I have prepared it. 🙂
Notes/Tips to follow
- I have used Non Dairy Heavy whipping cream to make it, you can use fresh cream for the same.
- You can use hand whisker to whip the cream if the electric one is not available. Use a chilled bowl, pour the cream and contanstly whisk in clockwise or anti-clockwise directions until the stiff peaks are formed.
- Before using the wipping cream, keep it out of the deep freezer until it gets melted. Take out only as required.
