Apple Banana smoothie is a healthy smoothie full of taste and goodness of bananas & apples.This is a good source of energy and a good idea to feed the kids with two of the most nutritious fruits or a quick & healthy breakfast on a busy working day.Usually, I don’t add any sugar to it because bananas & apples have their own natural sweetness which is quite sufficient for someone like me who doesn’t have a sweet tooth and does not crave much for sweets. But, adding a spoonful of honey or a little sugar will always be a good idea. In the hot and humid summers, having this chilled smoothie will make you feel fresh and energetic instantly and the recipe is extremely quick & simple.Here is the detailed recipe along with the pictures.

Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Apples
- 4-6 tablespoons curd
- Sugar/honey (as per choice but optional)
Recipe:
1. Peel bananas & apples and cut into small cubes.
2. Transfer the cut fruits into a blender.
3. Add 6 tablespoons of curd. Here, we can add honey or sugar as per taste but as mentioned above, I have skipped it.
4. Blend everything together to make it smooth.
5. Serve it chilled.
