Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Pineapple Banana Smoothie is again a rich smoothie with the goodness of fresh pineapples & bananas and the richness of thick yogurt. It is quite refreshing and full of nutrients. We can use milk, pineapple juice or coconut water to it if we don’t need it very thick.Here, is the quick and very simple recipe to make this healthy smoothie:

Notes:

1. If you don’t like your smoothie to be thick, add 1/4 cup milk, coconut water or pineapple juice. I personally prefer coconut water to give it a tropical feel.😊

2. If you are using canned pineapples or packagedcoconut water with added sugar, you can go easy on sugar.

3. You can add 1/2 tablespoon of pineapple essence instead of vanilla essence to give a more fruity flavor to it.

4. In this recipe, I am using natural coconut water & fresh fruits and not adding sugar to keep it natural & healthier.

TipWhenever you make smoothies, it is always great to refrigerate the fruits beforehand. So that you don’t have to add ice which will otherwise dilute it overall.

Recipe:

1. Take chopped pineapples, bananas, yogurt & coconut water in a blender jar. 

2. Blend everything together and the yummy healthy smoothie is ready.Pour in the glasses & serve chilled.
