Making dark chocolates or milk chocolates is super quick and super easy to make at home that too with very minimal ingredients and is definitely loved by everyone especially the kids.I am sharing a detailed step by step recipe to make this “Melt in mouthRoasted Almond chocolate  at home.

How to roast almonds & raisins: 

Recipe:

1. Take a double boiler for which, take 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to boil. 

2. Put a glass mixing bowl over the pan in such a way that its bottom should not touch the water and there should be a gap between the glass bowl & water.

3. Add cocoa butter to the mixing bowl. You can easily get the cocoa butter at any grocery store or you can order online.

4. Let the cocoa butter melt on a low/medium flame. Keep stirring.

5. Once the butter melts completely, add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder & milk powder and keep stirring well so that there are no lumps.

6. Further add 1/4 cup of sugar and mix well to make the batter smooth and lumpfree.

7. Mix everything together to make a fine smooth batter. Add roasted almonds & raisins to the mixture and mix well. Please refer the notes section to know how to roast the almonds.

8. Now, pour the batter into the small silicon moulds using a spoon. You can get these silicone moulds easily at any utensils shop or you can order online.

9. Now, put the moulds in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to set. After an hour,  unmould the chocolates by pushing it from the bottom.

10. Enjoy the homemade chocolates. 😊
