It is not only nutritious but easy to make with a very limited number of ingredients. It has the goodness of fresh strawberries & bananas along with the richness of yogurt. Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of yogurt
- Honey/sugar (as per taste but optional)
Note:
- If you do not want your smoothie to be thick, add some milk to it.
- To make it more exciting for kids add chocolate syrup or top it with strawberry or chocolate ice-cream or any ice cream of your choice.
- White sugar can be replaced with brown sugar or honey or can be skipped completely.
Step wise recipe for Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
1. Peel the bananas and put in a blender jar. Add strawberries, yogurt sugar/honey to it.
2. Blend every thing together in a blender until it turn smooth & creamy.
3. Pour it in a glass and serve chilled.We can also top it with our favourite dry fruits, chocolates or ice creams.
