Detailed step wise recipe for Eggless Multigrain Banana Cake – Eggless Banana Cake–Multigrain Banana Cake without oven without Egg – Banana Cake(No Egg |No Oven | No Maida) with photos
Banana Cake is an all time favourite tea time cake recipe. It goes really well when combined with hot coffee, tea, black coffee or green tea. This Eggless Multigrain Banana Cake – Multigrain Banana Cake without oven without Egg – Banana Cake(No Egg |No Oven | No Maida) is a little different from the usual cakes as it uses multigrain flour instead of maida and I have baked it in a kadhai instead of oven.
Banana gives a wonderful flavor to it and acts as a main ingredient for this recipe. It can also be considered as a “healthy cake” because of the kind of ingredients being used in it. We can also add nuts like walnuts, raisins to make it more flavorful and healthy.
Eggless Multigrain Banana Cake -Multigrain Banana Cake without oven without Egg – Banana Cake(No Egg |No Oven | No Maida) usually does not require any frosting or icing. It is eaten as a dry cake and this is one of the main reasons that this is my personal favourite. I like dry cakes more than the frosted ones 🙂

Notes/Tips to follow to make Eggless Multigrain Banana Cake
- To make this recipe, you should preferably use ripe bananas as they are sweet, juicy and have more flavor.
- Sugar can be increased or decreased as per taste
- If you want you can use regular maida or refined all purpose flour instead of wheat or multigrain flour.
- For the multigrain flour, I have mixed wheat flour, maize flour, soyabean flour, flax seeds powder, rice flour, gram flour, ragi flour.
- You can use the regular wheat flour or maida depending on your choice.
- The batter for this cake should be a little thick i.e. the consistency should neither be like a dough nor should be like a flowy batter.
- You can also add dry fruits ans tuti-fruity to it.
- I have baked it in a kadhai by preheating it for about 20 minutes at a medium flame.
- If you want to bake it in a oven, preheat it at 180 degrees and bake for around 45- 50 minutes.
