Notes / Tips to follow to make pasta

  1. While boiling pasta, cook for exactly that much time which is mentioned on the pack.
  2. Do not overcook otherwise it will break and turn pasty while sauteing
  3. If a little rawness is left, it will be fine because it will get cooked when we will saute it with the veggies and sauces.
  4. After boiling, do not pour cold water because it will drain out the original starch of pasta which gives the real taste and which is required while making it in Indian style.
  5. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil and mix gently so that the pasta pieces don’t stick together.
  6. You can add more seasonal veggies of your choice like broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, beans etc.
  7. Fresh Cream or cheese can be added instead of milk to make it more creamy.
