Street foods of Mumbai are world famous be it pav bhaji, bhel puri, sev puri, ragda pattice or sandwiches andMumbai Streetfood Tawa Pulao – Tawa Pulav – Mumbai Tava Pulao – Spicy Tava Pulav Recipe is one of them. This is one of the most popular street foods of Mumbai which is made with cooked or left over rice and has “Pav Bhaji” Masala as a main ingredient along with lots of veggies and chilli garlic paste.

The chilli garlic paste made by soaking dried red chillies and blending together with garlic cloves. This paste takes the taste of this recipe to a next level and it is not to be skipped.

To make this recipe we have to sauté the vegetables along with the spices and adding cooked rice to it. This is a very flavourful and delicious recipe which is a complete meal in itself and is combined very well with curd or raita.

I often make this with the left over rice especially during winters when there is no scarcity of healthy and colourful vegetables.
