Mushrooms belong to Fungi family and they are not really considered as fruits not vegetables either. They are also not being liked by many despite the fact that they are rich in Vitamin B and folic acid. They are also good for keeping a good digestive system and a great skin. Mushrooms are also good for maintaining the level of red blood cells.

For the vegetarians Mushrooms are a very good option to create variety in their food as many different recipes can be cooked using them like Chilli mushroom, pizza, mushroom fried rice, Salads, Pastas , soups, sanwiches and many more. They can also be used in making Indian gravies and main course like Mutter Mushroom, Soya mushroom and Tawa Mushroom is one of those.

This is a super quick and super tasty recipe which gets combined really well with chapatis, Naan or parathas.

I and my family love mushrooms a lot and Mutter mushroom is another recipe which I make is one of my husband’s favourite recipe cooked by me for years. 🙂

And due to my family’s love for Mushrooms, I keep trying and experimenting with different recipes made with this interesting and healthy ingredient.
