This is my 100th post and hence very special for me. A year back when I started this food blog of mine, it was just with a thought of a hobby. I had never imagined that I could even continue till after a few posts.
Before this blog, I did not know that I could write such articles or even click any food photographs.

I had a thought that I would give up after writing a handful of articles. But, over the time cooking, writing, and creating content has become my passion.
I really enjoy doing this and all this is a stress relievr for me. Throughout this journey I had learnt a lot in terms of coooking, recipes, clicking photos, editing etc and everything has become so beautiful.

My parents have supported and encouraged me a lot to pursue this passion of mine not as a profession but as a passion and a source of happiness.
My son has also started taking a lot of interest in my cooking processes and he has started to eat a lot of things which he did not use to eat earlier. This has actually given me a sense of big satisfaction during this one year of journey.
It feels so good when someone tastes anything prepared by me and appreciates me which encourages me to learn more and try numerous new recipes.
My passion for cooking has made me create my own recipe channel and the learning is still going on.

In this post I have shared the recipe of very quick and easy Tutti Fruitty Ice Cream -Tutti Fruitty Ice Cream Recipe – How to make Tutti Fruity Ice Cream. This was actually demanded by my husband and I didn’t make a delay to prepare this.
This is a very creamy and silky smooth ice cream which I have made with Non-Dairy whipping cream making it Vegan. Please check the recipe for Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.

Notes/Tips to follow

• I have used Non Dairy Heavy whipping cream to make it, you can use fresh cream for the same.
• You can use hand whisker to whip the cream if the electric one is not available. Use a chilled bowl, pour the cream and contanstly whisk in clockwise or anti-clockwise directions until the stiff peaks are formed.
• Before using the wipping cream, keep it out of the deep freezer until it gets melted. Take out only as required.
• I have used strawberry essence to make this recipe, but you can use vanilla or any other fruit essence for the same.
• Food color is optional but it gives a nice look to the ice cream.

Ingredients

• Non-Dairy heavy whipping cream
• Sugar to taste
• 1/2 cup tutti fruity
• 1 teaspoon strawberry essence
• 1/2 teaspoon red food color
• 3/4 cup dry fruits

Recipe for Tutti Fruitty Ice Cream

1. Take 1 cup heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl.
2. Add powdered sugar and mix it well
3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
4. Add strawberry essence and red food colour and whip again.
5. Now add chopped dry fruits and tutti fruity and mix well.
6. Transfer in an air tight bowl and top with some more tutti fruity.
7. Refrigerate overnight.
8. Serve chilled.
