Detailed recipe for Watermelon Rind Kofta Curry – Watermelon Peel Kofta – Tarbooz ke Chhilke ke Kofte
This recipe I have got from my mother. She is very creative and innovative about the recipes. There are various types of Kofta which everyone of us has made and eaten but have never thought of making the koftas with .
This may sound a little weird but trust me the koftas are so soft and delicious that no one can ever guess that what is it made of.
Using Watermelon Peel as a key ingredient in Koftas itself sound so different and creative. This is very healthy and a very good option to avoid wastage of food during this pandemic.
We usually throw the peel away but had we ever though that this can be used to make such a healthy and tasty recipe!!
The recipe is quite similar to tha of the Lauki Kofta, it is just we have to remove the green part of the peel and finely grate it.
