This is my vegetarian recipe blog to share easy, healthy & kids friendly recipes.
Though I am not a foodie I love to cook and experiment with the recipes. My parents have been my inspirations and mentors during this journey of learning. Both of them cook really well and have their own specialities which I try to learn and add my specific twist to it.
Cooking being my passion I try to post at least 2-3 recipes every week without compromising with taste & quality.
My Background
I was born in Madhya Pradesh and had spent most of my childhood in the various cities of Madhya Pradesh as my father was a Government officer in a state government department. My mother is a house wife and I have an elder brother who lives in New Jersey.
After completing my school I got admitted in an Engineering College in Delhi like every other person as this is one of the popular fields to get a job in various esteemed organisations.
Completing four years in the Engineering College I also got placed in an IT firm and moved to Mumbai to start my new life as a Software Engineer till this time I had no relation with cooking or baking.
I had spent 6 lovely years of my life in Mumbai , got married and then moved back to Delhi as me and my husband both are North Indians.
Apart from cooking m other interests are watching television and movies and a bit of sketching but I am a big time Hindi movie buff but typical masala and romance is not my genre.
I am a die hard fan of crime shows, suspense thriller and horror movies 😛 and I mostly like those movies which have some meaningful crux with extraordinary acting skills even if those are not very popular or blockbuster hit. Pheww… a lot about movies! 😀
How did I start cooking
As I have mentioned in My Story page that I did not have any interest with cooking till 4-5 years after my marriage and we used to usually survive on instant noodles and dal chawal. 😛
It only started when my son was born and my taste buds had one upside down. Then only I had started to cook the basic recipes and gradually I realised that my passion lies in cooking 🙂
Being a cooking lover, I try to embrace each & every tip & trick from here and there and apply those in my recipes.
In my blog you will only find vegetarian and purely eggless recipes with easily available tools and ingredients in your kitchen.
I have tried to provide the recipes in a detailed step wise manner with the pictures which are easy to understand and follow.
